Project Manager (M/W)

The company D.A.T.E. (Development and Application of Energy Techniques) specializes in the study and manufacturing of thermal and thermodynamic equipment.  

The company conducts studies and produces high-tech, custom-made heat exchangers for three markets: 

  • Defense and Space 
  • Science & Research 
  • Industrial & Hydrogen 

Our clients are major players in the high-tech industry: Airbus, Thales, CERN, FermiLab, Air Liquide, Symbio, PsiQuantum, etc. D.A.T.E. is one of the world leaders in custom-made, high-tech heat exchangers and aims to initiate an industrial transformation to increase production volumes. 

D.A.T.E. is experiencing strong growth (43% in 2023 and 35% in 2024) and needs to structure its expansion. In this context, D.A.T.E. is looking for a Project Manager (M/F) reporting to the General Management. 

The main responsibilities are: 

  • Participation in pre-sales and responsible for costing 
  • Monitoring ongoing quotations 
  • Preparing the manufacturing file with production, the design office, and procurement 
  • Managing the project with the final customer (Design review, Manufacturing review, Quality test plan) 
  • Tracking quality deviations and design change requests 
  • Project completion review: quality, schedule, customer satisfaction, and profitability

Experiences & profile

  • Experience in industry or engineering firms 
  • Strong team-working skills 
  • Interest in change management and structuring 
  • Strong technical background, ideally in mechanics or thermal engineering
