Corporate Social Responsibility
Our CSR Commitment
What is CSR?
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is the voluntary commitment of a company to integrate social, environmental, and economic concerns into its activities and relationships with its various stakeholders. CSR allows companies to balance economic performance with a positive impact on society and the environment.
Our CSR approach extends beyond our business activities. It integrates all the stakeholders that drive our ecosystem: our clients, employees, suppliers, and the local employment pool.
Each year, a strategic meeting sets our objectives and the actions to be taken, followed by a thorough evaluation of the results. These actions are regularly adjusted during biannual meetings, ensuring continuous improvement.
Since 2024, we have strengthened our commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) by signing the Diversity Charter, reaffirming our desire to promote diversity and inclusion within our organization. This approach is part of our commitment to respecting human values and combating all forms of discrimination.
Additionally, we obtained the AFNOR “Engagé RSE” label in 2025, an official recognition of our ongoing efforts to improve our social and environmental performance. This label confirms our proactive approach and responsibility towards social, environmental, and ethical issues.

Our CSR priorities
- Phasing out hazardous substances (CMR)
- Constantly improving our waste recycling rate and our impact on the environment.
