Space Cryogenics
We provide tailor-made thermal solutions to meet the specific needs of space applications, including:
- Satellite test chambers: Heat exchangers, thermal shields for test equipment recreating space conditions (extreme vacuum, extreme temperatures).
- Heat exchangers for satellites: The sun-facing side of the satellite reaches 150°C, while the shaded side drops to -120°C. Embedded thermal systems circulate heat between the two surfaces, ensuring proper functioning.
- Thermal systems for ground equipment (liquid hydrogen, liquid oxygen, liquid fuel)



Cryogenics for Particle Accelerators
Our equipment guarantees the thermal stability essential to the performance of particle accelerators: Superconducting magnets are required to accelerate particles.
The magnets heat up: they must be cooled to very low temperatures… D.A.T.E provides heat exchangers capable of cooling them.
- Helium/Helium exchangers: Operating at very low temperatures, down to 1.75K.
- Multi-fluid: Solutions designed to simultaneously manage helium, hydrogen, and nitrogen, essential for complex processes.

For over 30 years, we have been developing solutions for systems integrating hydrogen:
- Clean mobility: Compact and lightweight exchangers to optimize the performance of hydrogen vehicles.
