Thermal Engineer (M/F)

Since 1979, D.A.T.E. (Développement et Application des Techniques de l’Énergie) has specialized in the design and manufacture of thermal and thermodynamic equipment.

The company conducts engineering studies and designs highly technical, custom-made heat exchangers for three key markets:

  • Defense & Space
  • Science & Research
  • Industry & Hydrogen

Our customers include leading high-tech industry players such as Airbus, Thales, Naval Group, Air Liquide, Symbio, PsiQuantum, and others. D.A.T.E. is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of highly technical, custom-designed heat exchangers and is embarking on an industrial transformation to increase its production capacity.

D.A.T.E. is facing strong growth in demand (25% in 2023 and 35% in 2024) and needs to strengthen its teams. In this context, the company is looking for a Thermal Engineer (M/F) reporting to the Technical Department.

Main responsibilities

  • Conduct technical feasibility studies
  • Perform thermal modeling using D.A.T.E. software (SolidWorks and our in-house fluid dynamics calculation software)
  • Collaborate with the Design Office on technical drawings
  • Provide production support throughout the manufacturing process
  • Provide customer support for any requested product modifications
  • Manage and monitor projects

Experiences & profile

  • 4–5 years of professional experience
