D.A.T.E.
Business model
The D.A.T.E sales plan
Step N°1
Understanding of customer needs and in particular of the environment of use, physical data essential for carrying out studies: Inlet/outlet temperatures, Inlet/outlet pressures, Load losses, weight and size constraints, energy efficiency, energy consumption, etc.
D.A.T.E can also help the client in drafting their specifications.
D.A.T.E can also help the client in drafting their specifications.
Step N°2
A free pre-study is then undertaken to ensure the feasibility of the envisaged solution. This ends with a technical meeting that can offer one or more technological solutions in line with customer needs.
Step N°3
A study estimate is then proposed. The studies include:
- A thermal study and a fluidic study which dimension the heat exchange module
- A mechanical study which ensures the rigidity of the exchanger and its resistance to expansion.
- A thermal study and a fluidic study which dimension the heat exchange module
- A mechanical study which ensures the rigidity of the exchanger and its resistance to expansion.
Step N°4
Depending on customer requirements, a prototype can be produced. In this case, a complete test report produced makes it possible to validate the performances (pressure test, thermal test, etc.)
Step N°5
The production of several exchangers will then be carried out on the D.A.T.E. site. The quantities can be from one to a few pieces (multi-unit) or large quantities (series production: several hundred) staggered or not.
